1. Question about an order I have placed.
1.1. How can I reset or retrieve my account password?

If you have forgotten your old password or need a new one, you can request that here.

1.2. How can I track the delivery status of my order?

You can access all information about your order at your account center. You will see the order's status and have access to delivery tracking information.

1.3. How can I receive a copy of the invoice?

Once your order has been shipped, an invoice will be generated automatically. You can access the account center to retrieve a copy of the invoice.

1.4. How can I confirm that my payment was processed correctly?

You will receive an email confirming your payment once it is completed (when paying by credit card or PayPal). You can also verify the payment status at your account center.

1.5. I need to correct or check an order that I just placed.

You can review all order details and take action at your account center. Changes you can make at the account center:

- Change the gift message (only if the order has not been packed or shipped)

- Edit your contact name, address and phone number

If the system does not allow you to make any of these changes, please call or email the customer service team for further assistance.

2.2. How can I send the same product to several people at one or more addresses?

Before beginning to place your order, organize your recipients to simplify your order entry.
1. Group recipients from same country, if any
2. Group recipients at same address, if any

Since ordering on our store is done by country, grouping recipients by country is more important than grouping them by product. Once you select all the products for one country and one address, you can move on to the next country and address. You will enter in all of the shipping information at the end of the process (after the shopping cart).
